 is a luxury contemporary private detached pool villa perched of Kalithies town and Faliraki.

A few min drive to the Afandou beach Traganou or to the world famous Anthony Quinn bay.The interior design is highly modern on 180 m2 and 4 bedrooms futures generous windows with en suite bathroom to accommodate 8 adults only . The only bedroom on ground floor bathroom is across the hall but it can be used as en-suite. Box Spring beds in each of the bedrooms , air condition throughout the villa and Wi-fi , in -build wardrobes includes a safe box and electric shutters.

The private outdoor pool 8 x 4 x 1,20 m and shallow end 0,30 m with an integrated hydro massage system and the BBQ area with an outdoor shower ,loungers ,table ,sitting area are surrounded by a wall to ensure your privacy and can be overlooked from the living room and the fully equipped open plan kitchen .The cozy L shape settee in the living room and in front of the Flat Smart TV with SAT and Bluetooth sound system are set for your Entertainment.
