This magnificent villa, dating back to 1901, was lovingly restored in the summer of 2022. Set within 1,200 m² of lush gardens along the historic Pythagoras Path, Saray Monumental Luxury Villa offers a serene oasis with a private pool. The main house spans 180 m² across two levels, featuring four luxurious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with showers and bidets for added comfort, and the fully fitted kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, opens to a spacious dining area on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find an elegant auditorium with a closed wooden balcony offering sweeping 180° views over the medieval city, the Grandmaster’s Palace, and the sea. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located here, along with a cozy sitting area, perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets.

Beneath the main house is a charming 60 m² souterrain apartment featuring a striking stone archway, an open kitchen with a washing machine, a mezzanine sleeping area for two, and a sofa bed that accommodates an additional two guests. The apartment also includes two private bathrooms with showers, toilets, and bidets. This unit can be rented together with the main house to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 guests, ensuring the entire property is reserved for private use.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, wine cooler, and wardrobe. Two bedrooms also offer safes for added convenience. Complimentary toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.
