The village of Koskinou was established in the 15th century and is situated on a hill, at the east side of the island of Rhodes, 7km (around 4 miles) from the centre of Rhodes with 2,500 inhabitants. 
The house is located right in the heart of Koskinou and enfolds on 80 m2 an open lounge - with 2 double sleeping Bataris,a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower and on the upper floor one bedroom with a double bed,so it will accommodate 1 - 6 person.
Koskinou is famous for its unique traditional houses,  magnificently decorated 1873 built church and Janis Taverna and the friendly and hospitable residents as well for the other small restaurants located on pedestrian streets offering a variety of meals. Koskinou got a peaceful surrounding with memorable sunsets;  cooling northern breeze; close to both the City of Rhodes and to a number of crystal-water beaches. Koskinou offers the chance to combine the experience of traditional village life, with a wide choice of outings just a short drive away.
