We cannot accept bookings from anyone who's under 18 years of age, or a party of single sex under the age of 22 years of age.
All prices include heating ,electricity unless it's specified
All duvets and pillows are provided as well Bedlinen and towels are provided
Once you have decided that you would like to stay at   one Rhodes Vacation Villa, please use the contact  or booking form or e-mail us.We will then send you an e-mail to confirm your dates and availability.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive a   confirmation of your booking by email . Please check over this email to make sure we have the correct dates for your booking.The outstanding balance of payment should be received by us no later than 56 day's prior to the start of your holiday.Should we not receive final payment by 56 day,s,a final payment email will be send to remind you .If full payment is then not received in 50 days the house may be re- rented.
Cancellation:
Guests are reminded that, once a deposit has been paid, in the event of a cancellation the deposit will be lost.Should you cancel your holiday after full payment ,then the total amount of the rental will be lost.In the event of us re-renting the house ,we will then return your payments. Some of the owners provide a covering a refund in case of ash cloud and the possibility of a full refund in case your flight is not scheduled of this reason,please inquire.

HOTEL, CAR RENTAL & AIRLINE RESERVATIONS

Rhodesvacationvilla offers our visitors a user-friendly travel system to search
for great rates on hotels, car rentals & airfare. We do not make the actual
reservation. All reservations are booked through Rentalsystems. For any
questions concerning your reservations, you must contact Rentalsystems.

SERVICE FEES

Per vacation rental reservation which you agree to have charged to your
credit card at the time the reservation is booked. This fee will be included
in the total reservation cost displayed on the booking form. This fee is
non-refundable.
VACATION RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rhodesvacationvilla serves as a listing service for the properties on this web site
. Reservations are not guaranteed until: ( 1.) A method of payment has been
established ( 2.) A final confirmation has been issued from the requested
properties owner / property management.

All reservations must be canceled within the properties stated cancellation
policy to avoid penalty. Each properties cancellation policy varies from 48 hours
prior to arrival with no penalty to forfeiture of your entire rent. Please read each web page and reservation form for individual properties cancellation policies.

Rates for vacation rentals over holidays and special events may be higher than
quoted online.

Rhodesvacationvilla is not responsible and not liable for any non-performance
by the property management or owners of any of the properties it lists on this
web site.
Guests are encouraged to re-confirm the accuracy of the information listed on
this web site prior to finalizing their reservation with the properties owner /
property management.

All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
